The UNIK Group, founded in the year 2010 and with an Indian base, has an in-depth understanding of the Indian market, business style, legal framework and culture, also having worked with different European and American companies for more than 20 years, we understand the Asian, European & American style & requirement of business and also understands the Asian, American & European culture. The UNIK Group operates under the enthusiastic, dynamic and matured leadership of its founder, Mr. Narendra Gitay. With his exposure to the global industrial environment and experience of working in Europe, the UK & the US, he has brought in corporate governance, transparency and the global working culture at The UNIK Group. With his 30 years of experience in the industry at different key senior management positions, we can source components, manage projects/programs and deal with M&A, out of India at a very economical cost and high-quality standards that are well accepted in the Global industry.
The UNIK Group has two companies UNIK Technologies and UNIK Engineering which currently cater to four verticals- Merger & Acquisition Advisory, Industrial Project/Program Management Consultancy, Smart Factory Solutions and Global Strategic Sourcing.
